He graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering in 2003 from the University of Aveiro (UA). He is a member of the Order of Engineers, registration number 50892, and has over 23 years of professional experience in construction management, budgeting, and project coordination. For the past 17 years, he has served as Production Director.
His professional career began immediately with an internship in a multidisciplinary environment, where he worked on residential buildings, public works, and the organization and response to public tenders.
In addition to his academic background, he holds a CAP (Level 5) certification as a Senior Technician in Occupational Health and Safety. He also completed training in Team Management and Leadership.
For several years, he was invited by the UA to teach a course on Construction Project Planning and Management as part of the engineering program.
