Graduated in Architecture in 1996 from the Porto School of Arts (ESAP). He is a registered architect with the Order of Architects (registration number 6888/N), and has over 25 years of professional experience in architecture, urban planning, and project coordination.
He began his professional career with an internship in a multidisciplinary context, collaborating on urban planning projects, residential buildings, public facilities, and public tenders. He founded his own studio in 1998, developing projects for single-family and multi-family housing, subdivisions, rehabilitation, and urban developments.
Since 2004, he has been part of a development and construction company, serving as lead architect, author of architectural projects, and coordinator of specialties. He also took on construction management roles in several projects. He has developed residential, commercial, logistics, and institutional projects in Portugal and abroad. He has additional training in leadership, team management, communication, IT tools, and accessibility.
He has solid experience in real estate valuation, technical reports, and economic feasibility studies for projects.
