1993–1998: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
1998–2006: Over 7 years in real estate management and construction. Held positions as Site/Project Manager (Coocicolo, 1998–2001), Technical Director (ASC Engenharia, 2001–2004), and General Manager (Obriverca, 2004–2006), managing the 'Colinas do Cruzeiro' project.
2005–2007: Completed an MBA in General Management (The Lisbon MBA Católica | Nova).
May 2006 – February 2015: Edifer (8 years and 10 months). Managed various construction projects, with a growing focus on Public-Private Partnerships (PPP). Served as Director of the Management Companies for the Braga and Vila Franca de Xira hospitals.
March 2015 – December 2017: ElevoGroup (2 years and 10 months). Held positions as Executive Director (2015–2016), managing the asset portfolio, and as International Consultant (2017), coordinating tenders for hospital/hydroelectric projects in Africa and Latin America.
April 2016 – Present: Partner at Core Investments. Focuses on the Lisbon real estate market, facilitating investor access and managing opportunities (direct investment or co-investment). Provides comprehensive support throughout the entire process: from market analysis and acquisition, project/licensing coordination, and construction supervision to ensure quality and timely delivery, through to final sale to optimize investment return.
