Today is the big day!! The long-awaited competition begins with the first Portuguese team on the race. The YUKON1000.

We are just a few hours away from the start of the longest and most demanding kayak race in the world.

The start will be at  7:30 a.m. (Canada local time),15:30 (Portugal).

Luís and Palavra will row with the number 16.
